PTX. Severely undervalued. It's 2015 annual revenue was $175M. SP depressed due to its debt obligations, pending litigation with GSK and bad prior management. Their new
CEO John Sedor has a history of turning around companies and selling them. He trimmed a chunk of the workforce earlier this year to streamline sales and costs.
Also on Intereconomia, the Spanish website - they correctly reported the buyout price of $800M for Raptor in a similar rumor article in August. Raptor'a deal was announced in September for the same amount, albeit to a different bidder.
