For the sake of arriving at greater clarity I just attempted to place an order to sell 5,000 shares of USEI at $0.01 (a penny), knowing full well it would not be executed. My intent was that of determining whether or not the shares are even negotiable. I hold a million "free" shares.

They are not salable! They are restricted.

This, as much as anything, tells me Tony is not a piece of work.

He is a piece of shit.
