If I am not mistaken, according to Florida statues, the fact that WOGI is INACTIVE in Florida means that WOGI cannot legally do any business, and what business it does do while inactive is the personal liability of the officers, namely Nathan Hall.

I wonder if shareholders could sue him for any losses they incur during this latest charade...
