They wouldn't need to run the company. If it's licensed, then I assume that the other pharma would be doing everything. Kitov, after all, is a one drug company with virtually no expenses other than salary at this point. Once NDA is submitted and the kidney trial is done, they will have less expenses.

So I think current management could just sell part of their positions, hold the rest, and sail off into the sunset.
