1454 stocks were suspended for Financials delinquencies. 1454 stock registrations were revoked. That is 100 % revocation.

Homework assignment: Study MANW for educational purposes. MANW was also suspended for Financials delinquencies. MANW then produced ALL delinquent 10Q's and an audited 10K. Then read the SEC Admin Law Judge's responses.
Essentially the SEC Admin Law Judge stated that it was too late to become compliant....but read the full responses to understand why it is too late for BRWC to become compliant even if the company immediately files all delinquent Financials and the Financials that need to be re-filed, by their own admission.
