- Company intends to file Q1 financials by June 15th.

- Village Tea Company shipped product to Amazon, Akins & Chamberlin's and other accounts since its acquisition late last year.

- Village Tea Company has secured a multi-store sales and promotion opportunity with a Florida based Convenience Store chain and an NHL franchise located in the region.

- Potential Village Tea Company branded retail store development deal.

- Village Tea Company is developing a line of Hemp/CBD Infused teas.

- International expansion opportunity for Village Tea Company Tea into Saudi Arabia,UAE and other markets in the region.
