The CEO misled us about the 3/31 credit extension

By hiding the facts that the extension agreement actually fell through and that the company was already in default, and then remaining silent for the next 3 months while the share price went from .23 to .70 before collapsing when the company filed BK.


IMHO there is justification for a class action lawsuit for anyone who bought shares between 4/01 and the date of the CH 11 announcement.
