Phenomenal article Jeff. I really appreciate you digging that up.. That is the first I've heard of a reorganization gone well... so it is possible that hipcricket could be a company on its own again with probably less shares outstanding. Less shares and more money per share, I will take that anyday.. :) I am telling you, somehow someway this all works out for us.. Still not sure how though
