The Orchard seems to be a division of Sony, it looks like it deals with stuff that's too indie or small for Sony proper to deal with. On Glass Ceiling, for what it's worth, all of the employees, past and present, complain about the pay, so they're frugal, it seems. May be some new revenue, bigger question is whether any new revenue will be plowed into Clipstream or might survive as profit. The stock market, overall, does not seem that jazzed about the announcement.
