It really comes to if bid is taken out then it is a seller if ask is taken out it is a buyer.
in option only 10 contract is available by MM they are not obligated to sell 80K so it is off the exchange happen and someone took other side.
I hope it help.

Note: I use IB data for options now it is showing volume of 46400 and 42000, so seems trade was cancelled for 40000 contracts.
They added 30000 legs between 211 and 213.
