Kit had to file for bankruptcy protection from his creditors - what do you mean Kit doesn't need the money?

He filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy -- meaning the liquidation of his property, paying debts and discharging him from other debts -- on Dec. 9, which stopped creditors from taking any action to collect money he owes them.

However, Jennings did not file the paperwork detailing his liabilities and assets of $190,000 -- mostly his house and personal property -- until last week.

A two-day bench trial in September before District Judge David Park resulted in a judgment in favor of Wyoming Machinery's demand for more than $500,000 Jennings owed for equipment rentals. The 18 percent annual interest charges hiked the award to $1.5 million, according to his filing.

The second largest creditor is the Internal Revenue Service, which is seeking $116,629 in back income taxes, according to the bankruptcy filing.

You might want to rethink the post about Jennings not needing the money.

Hahahaha......lol....... This hasn't even been on the radar yet. Do some DD on Kit. He doesn't need money. This company is going to be awesome. Do some DD on Windstax...
