hmm, watching RIGL. want to nibble but these damn pre-market bio tankers sting. ticker doesn't even appear yet on my TD Ameritrade premarket movers. useless.

EDIT: big bounce already from 2 level

RIGL coming off halt @ 7:30 - drug did not meet statistical significance
