Keep making up BS to make your point.

The reason the offering extended so long was due to the price of the stock being lower than or near the conversion price..

A good deal of the raise took place under these circumstances

Of course, you can just invent any scenario you'd like to fit the narrative you're trying to hold on to but you happen to be wrong again
