One of the money makers jobs is to keep an "Orderly" market... try to keep stocks from going up or down to fast. This pattern (chart pattern) we see with NEAH is pretty common. Stronger Stock movements will maintain and stay flat for a time after a step increase, weaker ones will not, that is why this could only go down with no news. I have sold on the way down to preserve profit or to be able to leverage more shares at a lower price. The next "phase" will be interesting as well.
