I'm not sure what will cause the price to rise!
A re-negotiated Walmart deal should be better for PLUG but what do Walmart get out of it? PLUG may get easier financing (walmart may even finance themselves) but maybe the price is dropped to sweeten the deal?

IMHO the only thing that will cause shorts to sell is evidence that cash flow and profitability is around the corner. Not even big announcements of Target and Amazon along with USPS 400 vehicle order would help as shorts seem unable to read financials and calculate how close they are. [$10m in quarterly revenues from break even].

Once the price starts moving though then it may exceed the heights of 2014 on the back of 30m shorts covering. a fair market valuation would probably be in the $7-10 range for now
