The boot brothers may continue to play out both cases at the state level.

I believe IFUS shareholders would end up losing if that occurred.Let's assume the boot brothers drag it out for three years and lose MILLIONS IN DAMAGES...

They will file bankruptcy and IFUS WILL NOT COLLECT A DIME AND HAVE ANOTHER 100,000 IN LEGAL FEES.

IMO,it might be better off if boot brothers concede and settle so IFUS and Supreme Energy can build the company they were building before the boot brothers interfered.

By DEC .05 or sooner the boot brothers will either lose or settle.

IFUS will continue to build..

That's all that really matters.

IFUS will survive the boot brothers and thrive
