He's hopeful to drive price down. Realizing the BEST opportunity has passed to buy (a few month's ago) he is now hoping to drive down some for better opportunity. Wouldn't be surprised if he's not trying to play with the numbers, constantly buying/selling to make profit. No one who thinks so negatively of a stock or market would spend as much time as he has unless there is a purpose :)
