Yes, it's strange for sure. It's either some folks selling what was amounting to 'trading' money as time goes on without news, or perhaps some mms are trying to get more shares so the action isn't really as bad as they are able to make it look. I put in a buy order yesterday when the bid was .106 or something like that. My bid was .116 and immediately the bid changed to .117. Why? Now I did end up buying at .116 a bit later in the day, so go figure..

MMs have to have inventory. It is in their interest to encourage selling of the stock, and discourage buying. What better way than to increase the spread and make it hard to buy, or to place small sell orders right after a buy order? I'm no expert on how they work, but this is how it seems to me.

The IR delay has killed the nice upward momentum that was occurring. One thing an OTC company needs to do for credibility is meet their projections. The stock gets punished when that doesn't happen. Could all come back in a day or two though.
