You never know Gates in the past sometimes you need to commit a certain amount of shares to either the partnership or the buyout in order for it to move forward I don't think anybody knows which way this is going to go and sometimes they look like their shares go up front don't actually make as much but it does facilitate transaction so you make it on the back end kind of thing I just thought I'd throw it out there that's all
