Indeed I do. I just told you that that I found this in the 10-K:
"Keith Berman has served as President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Treasurer and Director of the Company since January of 2003."
But it turns out to be wrong, as you pointed out. So we can add Mr Berman's inclusion of false information in the company's last 10-K to the bad math in the latest OTC filing, which according to the annual attorney letter was prepared by the CFO himself.
He appears to have little regard for accuracy.
On the issue of the reverse splits he was on the Board of Directors that approved both the 2006 and 2011 splits and while he wasn't the CEO in 2006 (he was in 2011), he was Secretary, Treasurer, CFO and a Director. At least that's what the filings that he signed say.
I'd say Tauriga shareholders dodged a bullet. Unfortunately for them they have more bullets to dodge.
