The longer this goes on, the stronger it becomes IMO. Why? Well, BK is designed as basic protection from creditors and if it were true that things were financially bleak, the more urgently they would seek that protection. The longer this stock moves up without filing those kind of papers, the more likely it is that they will be filing Reverse Merger documents and soon.
