Wow looks like another Reverse Split is on the Horizon. Don't get how/why a company which is cash strapped could be buying anything let alone another company.

Something doesn't smell right. How are they going to be selling securities at this price range? Wow just plain crazy.

A Ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investment operation where the operator, an individual or organization, pays returns to its investors from new capital paid to the operators by new investors, rather than from profit earned through legitimate sources.
