Big_Daddy_Warbucks LPI punches it up another notch $12million.
Big Daddy Warbucks LPI who now seems to to have the Midas Touch is pumping $12,000,000 into NewCo. We (ie LIEG) are a 17.7% partner in NewCo.
$8,380,000 will be converted in to equity in NewCo November 30, 2016 and will cover the cost of the ongoing drilling program. $4,460,000 will then be put into NewCo to cover operational expenses the next 12 months. Click Here for LPI announcement. Awwww, LPI loves us. How sweet it is.
