Yes...when people get a service or product at no cost (to them) they'll take as much as possible.



LMAO, Yeah, they really want as much chemotherapy as possible to treat their cancer, or as much dialysis as possible to treat their ESRD, or as many vaccines as possible to make sure they don't get some disease. So greedy of them.

Health care doesn't respond to market forces. In most cases you just do what your doctor tells you to do.
