First of all BTCS didn't sell DM facility b/c they never owned i8, it was a lease they terminated apparently without penalty, just like they were leasing the stolen servers and it had "no material effect." So much for the rest of your "worst case" scenario --
which you yourself contradict in the next post after this as very unlikely for a company which has built up this top reputation.

But if I ever do get any personal reply or info that I wouldn't want to broadcast into the hands of those trying to take down the price for their own benefit I'll be sure to remember the motto, "if you want everyone to know a "private" thing, tell Pie777," not that there is any basis to any of this anyway, I just keep wondering where you're spinning from but apparently from the air.

I do agree that this is a very risky time to sell and why do so even if you have losses this tax year unless you NEED losses:
as I've said this can soar on news they've succeeded int their plans.

Yes I agree with previous poster that Charles as CEO with his rep on the line AND major shareholder has the most to lose, and he's not plugging away to plan to declare BK, and he's not the kind of penny CEO -- which he is now not intentionally -- to start now manipulating the stock price when he hasn't so far just for tax purposes. Unlike previous poster though I do have a lot to lose

-- however I'm not feeling intentionally deceived and just as a stock play, how often have regular traders sold just as "news" breaks and the fortunes turn -- look @recent history and where it is now --of course it can go both ways, that's the gambling side of any stock incl. NASDAQ biotechs e.g.
Figure out your own risk=reward threshhold.
