I would like to know what due diligence you have uncovered, mine contradicts your post. Mine is directly from the BCSC.

Our view on the disclosure that Mountainstar must make remains unchanged from what is described in our December 16 letter to MountainStar Gold. Prior to staff revoking the cease trade order, the company must amend its MD&A, and issue a news release and file a material change report, plainly and accurately disclosing the nature and outcome of the legal proceedings at issue.

Ask MSX what is included in that December 16th demand letter from the BCSC. Ask the BCSC yourself about this demand letter. All I can say is that the BCSC left a paper trial that has damaged MSX and all investors. The demand letter is nothing more then an attempt by the BCSC to force MSX to report Barrick won C-1912-2001 and MSX partner Jorge Lopehandia is not involved in C1912-2001. BCSC has a major liability issue due to the support they provided keeping Barricks Pascua Lama fraud active and suppressing Mountianstar's ability to continue its business at Pascua.

Great to see Jorge Lopehandia keeping the Precautionary Measure from C19120-2001 in force, Jorge Lopehandia's involvement in C1912-2001 is directly a result of why Ex President Ricardo Lagos was summoned to testify by Lopehandia as to why he put into law an act while Lopehandia's injunction was and still is in force. Furthermore, C-1912-2001 is not the only lawsuit on this matter, the BCSC has this ridiculous view C1912-2001 is the only lawsuit on the matter.
