Good find, the original file. So the deactivated appeal was never an appeal submitted by GERS neither did they choose to withdraw the appeal. It was all done by Adkins Energy. They wanted to see money from GERS not the other way around.
So it might be that either they decided an appeal wasn't such a good idea. They are just counting their blessings for winning the case so far.
Now it is still up to GERS to decide whether they want an appeal.
No other cases pending or open for appeal I guess? Just this one?
