So, the 10Q is quietly released w/o a PR to let anyone know.

It's based on the restated 10Q for 2015Q1, which was restated.

Wonder if they're going to restate their PR for Sept 14; the one that touted how much improvement their was in 2016Q1.

You know what? The PR was complete BS. Every claim was wrong. 2015Q1 was better than 2016Q1 in every aspect mentioned in PR. Even if you add back the $1.2M expense reduction in 2015Q1, the loss was still greater this current quarter.
