Money has been rolling into Goldy's pocket (rather than shareholders) for years, just look at the history posted here.

It now appears, however, that FINRA has put a damper on Goldy's party - no bid now since last year. FINRA has not approved their corporate actions - INOH is listed as dark/defunct, they've failed to issue a timely report to OTCM, their business license is listed as Noncompliant.
