I have stopped by a few branches of LaborReady to compare apples to apples and they all look the same....like an empty shell of a business. The good thing I noticed is they have to have very little overhead to operate a location. They have typically 2 or 3 employees, one computer, and a desk for the employee. Other than that just a few chairs for workers to wait in before being sent out on a ticket. It does look fishy, but they don't need bells and whistles for a staffing location. Its all in the billing and contract negotiation.
