I still believe there would be a reverse split before those shares are ever converted and after a reverse split the company insiders would hold their stock long term unless their was a much higher share price ( other than the increase in share price due to a reverse split ).In the case of a big percentage price move up in the share price shareholders would be able to sell at a profit more than likely before insiders sold shares and also a successful company would be able to handle ( absorb) some shares sold by insiders who would never dump all their shares into the market anyway. No worries here about those shares. 100 to 1 reverse split would put number of shares around 140 million ( about 15 to 16 million in the float ) with most of those sitting on the sidelines as the insiders build the company ,increase value and at some point shareholders might sell at higher prices and perhaps some insiders sell at some point after a nice move up . As insiders sell some shares someday I think the company will be in a good position to absorb those shares without hurting the share price in any way. We are at 1.5 billion shares now and one might recall that the stock moved from a low of .0025 ( about 600 million shares OS) in the summer of 2010 to 10 cents in March of 2011 with around 950 million shares OS.We could see a nice move on the stock from where many have been purchasing thier shares around the .0002 to .0005 area last year. I truly believe this is a great stock to own at this point !! Have a great day!!
