Nope, it's a scam. Tried to get invited to the meeting with the email address given in the press release and it bounced as no such domain.

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain vwinus.com by vwinus.com. [203.175.171.138].

The error that the other server returned was:
550 No Such User Here
