Razor thin cannabis stock: As part of our early development efforts, during the three months ending June 30, 2016, Company management entered into discussions with the owners of Atomic Herb. Atomic Herb
is a turnkey product, only requiring the filling of pre-made casing and packaging process. The
goal is to support legal marijuana producers to launch nationally recognized brands. The
producers would have responsibility for regulatory compliance in the particular states. We
would also provide online advertising support for the producer branding effort. Discussions have
not yet yielded an agreement and no assurance can be made that a mutually agreeable agreement
will be executed and entered into by the parties.
