Definitely the worst, A/S of 750B, shareholders stuck, warrant holders SCAMMED, assets moved to another stock, management run by con men, R/S wiped out previous shareholders, fired most of their managers, lose money shutting down stores, remaining stores can't sell anything anymore, etc.

Oh, they can't dilute any more shares because they need the 750B A/S to cover the conversion of the worthless warrants.
