Hey, '757'! You say some chap associated with NEXS was "indicted" on fraud charges many years ago. Well, was he CONVICTED? If so, how is he still playing the penny world "game", as you say, with an SEC fraud conviction? Well, I guess it was a felony conviction, then reduced to a misdemeanor by a SEC pardon of sorts.
