Good idea. I sent the following to Calicolabs.

Hi Calicolabs,

Anatabine Citrate
Possibly the safest and most powerful anti-inflamatory known.
Rock Creek Pharmaceuticals (RCPIQ), the company with the rights, is in Ch. 7.
Might be an opportunity.

For credibility, look at the work (see the appended link and description) being done by Roskamp Institute, Sarasota, Florida, with anatabine citrate.

There is a close relationship between Rock Creek and RCPI.

I’m a stockholder and a grateful user of anatabine citrate, and stockpiled a 4-year supply before the product was forced off market by FDA.

I believe this product had the potential to drastically curtail the market for statins and non-steroidal anti-inflammatories (NSAIDS). The FDA letter did not complain about actual health issues, it was about how anything ever touched by science was, in their opinion, a drug, and could not be sold as a nutraceutical even if it occurs in foods eaten daily by most people. In effect, the product was killed by regulation.

Rock Creek, headed by Dr. Michael Mullan, one of the world’s leading Alzheimer’s scientists, has failed to raise sufficient funding to get through the regulatory requirementss, although they have completed phase I.

Dr. Mullan took over after the company ceased marketing the product due to the threat of FDA action.

To begin establishing credibility, you might take a look at a brief portion of a presentation on traumatic brain injury (TBI) by Dr. Fiona Crawford, who became head of Roskamp when Dr. Mullan left to become president of Rock Creek. See the appended description and link.

There’s a fascinating story here.. I’d be happy to discuss this situation with anyone at your company.

Regards,

Leif

Some of the potential of anatabine citrate (Anatabloc, once sold through GNC) is discussed here:

Roskamp Institute presentation on Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), published on Dec 8, 2014

Dr. Fiona Crawford, President of the Roskamp Institute and Director of Military Research Programs will discuss the Institute’s TBI research program. Dr. Crawford will present the latest research findings and explore the relationship between TBI and subsequent development of neurodegenerative diseases. With over 1 million traumatic brain injuries in the US each year, TBI is a common and major health problem. In addition, TBI accounts for a large proportion of soldiers’ casualties who have survived conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Anatabine is discussed starting just before the 50 minute mark (start at 49 for a bit of context).
