Did you not read the S-3 where 63 million shares are up via sellers. the float is a lot larger than 2 mil hate to break it to you. they will be adjusted for the split as they mention but that still adds another 6.3 million to the float making it an 8 million float which now puts their market cap at 48 mil which with there current fins is way over valued IMHO. I just dont see this holding at all. I would love to be wrong and see this scream high, but I don't see it. Keep in mind their burning through 20 mil a yr so that cash will be gone very soon unless they raise more.
