I don't think getting our losses filled and a little profit = justice.

Justice would be someone, somewhere putting a stop to this fraud and returning our shares to us, so we can ride up this upcoming epic bull market in gold and silver, instead of just 7 hedge funds/companies which currently stand to do so.

I do not see this happening. It is even possible at this juncture that we do not get anything back at all, we still need to see the sale of the company, and at what price in order to give our warrants some value.

If the sale of the company is such, that our warrants have value, then yes we may see a small profit. The 7 hedge funds/companies will see a massive one!

I am still a little astounded how this has been allowed to go forward, guess I should not be. Also, a little astounded at how the mgmt team have not suddenly decided to reverse the bk themselves given that their 8M shares will be worth a lot more in this bull market than whatever sweetheart deal they have concocted thus far, while manufacturing this bankruptcy. Don't forget they manufactured it during a brutal bear market in gold, where they thought that the deal they got themselves was going to be far better than holding 8M shares at a share price of $44 for example...
