There was definitely communication between Rob Ross and VSTR management concerning convertible debt around the time the share price was (deliberately?) crashing in the last run.

The Company needs to update the market as to its current debt / funding status. Specifically:
- outline the demands Rob Ross made of the company
- address the current link between VSTR and Rob Ross (and VSTR and Alan Rosenthal), when the last contact was made between the company and those parties, and what the outcomes were
- address the debt level the company currently has
- who each the current lenders are (company names + principles behind the firms), how the debt is structured, and what the terms are

Innocent traders and investors were suckered into VSTR and dumped all over.
