I have in my notes to where someone posted this below regarding BABL and its relation to Harborside which could begin to reveal as merit:

BABL is utilizing Oakland California's Harborside Health Center as one of their test markets for offering online MJ.
Harborside is the largest dispensary in the world with 100k patients. It was featured in the Discovery Channel series "Weed Wars". It's founded by Steve DeAngelo author of The Cannabis Manifesto. DeAngelo is recognized as one of the world's leading activists and pioneers of the MJ industry. Seems he's breaking new ground once again with BABL.
