I am aiming to get back in at that level. $0.12.

Calculated risk that they will eventually have positive news. Or the GSA contract will begin to be reflected in the numbers.

But it is clear to me that the company is intentionally not be promotional when a new clinic signs up. One could argue that that info is material info and would require, at the minimum, an 8-K filing.

But Mir could argue that he did not want to expose himself to shareholder lawsuits with the positive news in light of all the internal uncertainties. So, better to say nothing until things are more "certain".
