NO it is NOT! The company does not see any of the money from shares sold by Note Holders who sell at a huge discount. That is, they are receiving a huge amount more than they loaned. Moreover, they can short the stock to greatly amplify their profits - money that HYSR does not get! You need to read the contract terms in the 10k's and 10q's. Also, look up Convertible Notes to see what they are about. There are wolves feeding here - you might want to find out what is really going on.
