Eh, I think you mean no form 3 has been filed this year.
That's the CEOs infamous trick, announcing to the world his purchases by filing a form 3, but all it served to do was provide easy evidence that many of the days of his retail purchases in the past were on days that saw little if no other buying, and many were done in small quantity , which were the sane trade sizes as the paint ups we've seen for years.
Funny though, NO FORM 4s have EVER been filed for SNEY, meaning by deduction that no insider / affiliate had EVER sold shares of SNEY. Yeah, that seems right, right?!
More red flags for any at the SEC to easily spot.
