Yes well that is what the outstanding shares represent what is owed to the transfer agent for the lease purchase. The majority of the capital raised went toward the paying of the lease. I could see them handing back the lease and getting reimbursed on the treasury stock purchased. Another shell will be set up and another hunt for a new customer. These companies are all the same. The lease payments are always to high. The upside is the forward transfer of the future tax gains should and if they ever should run into a solid deal
they can make money on.
