Now it has FINRA´s eyes on it. Following 1-4 weeks it will decide.

If Finra sees the unaudited 10-k, they will probably not approve the name change and reverse split.

Then either this reorganization/merger will not happen or they have to do it without name change and reverse split.

Sam Reiber and Keith A. Witter are not bad, they managed a previous $20 Nasdaq stock, UTEK.

They still own the two previous subsidiaries and properties. I wonder what they do with Robert Stevens and this cheap shell.

The problem is, this has probably nothing to do with BVNI and Robert Stevens is the one who decides and he doesn´t like existing shareholders.
