The FDA killed this company before it ever started. My son uses it and is happier than ever
- Hba1c is 5.8 - best ever.

Cost is a little higher than Humalog - $150 copay versus $75. Dosing is a bit of a problem because the healthcare industry is so stupid now that they cannot even do elementary school math. Rx orders constantly delayed for confusion over Rx write-up, dosing --- and maybe insurance issues and supply but I don't really know about those. Great product, horribly managed company. 10,000 promises and one deliverable - FDA approval. Communication and transparency is worst ever in the entire history of business. As far as where they are now, looks very grim -- but that is the norm for MNKD over the last ~10 years.
