There are many routes that could bring shareholder value
- buyout
- going private
- Nasdaq listing
- listing in Europe
As to probabilities of each scenario, who knows what management is up to? None of the newsletters communicate long-term strategic goals as guidance. We know, however, that management sold their company once, in 2010, to Bark Group when it was a much smaller organization.
If the company is doing so well, there may also be a growing desire to go private and not cope with all these annoying shareholders any longer. Especially, as they pride themselves to be part of a network independent of external shareholder influence (local planet media).
On the other hand, if reported revenues are real, why not uplist to Nasdaq or a European exchange? Or did local planet trap the company in a position where growing outside the Nordic market is no longer feasible because it would cannibalize partner agencies's markets?
We basically know very little.
