To be exact AEGY was suspended by the SEC along with SKTO - after 4 days of not being quoted stocks go to the Grey sheets - where they go to die.

To be removed from the greys and back to the Pinks a MM has to file a Form 211 for the company - thus is rarely done - so AEGY is dying a slow death - although it can be declared dead.
