NOTICE OF CANCELLED HEARING: The parties have advised the Court that they believe they have either resolved or are continuing productive discussions of any presently-pending discovery issues, and therefore do not believe the 10/4/2016 telephone discovery status conference will be necessary. Accordingly, the Court cancels the 10/4/2016 telephone discovery status conference. However, counsel are reminded that pursuant to the Court's prior Order Defendant may only file a motion to compel with respect to TASER's 2nd RFPs after first arranging a discovery status conference with the Court.
