Yes, it seems that all of the jury Awards are coming out of Texas. As opposed to Corporation friendly California where companies like Yahoo have judges like Spero in their back pocket.. between the Texas venue and a couple of overturns on establishing infringement, ( which I have already documented) I believe, as you do, we should be in great shape going forward as far as monetizing the patents.. the patent friendly court system in Texas will force one of the big boys to purchase an IP portfolio for defensive and offensive reasons.. I'm hoping there is a bidding war for the IP portfolio just as there was a bidding war for Instagram. When something is hot or at least perceived as hot, ( A BIG BOY BUYER ) it can take on a life of its own..
